Ogle established The Ogle Group Inc., portfolio of companies in 1984 which included Regional Acquisitions, Inc., where his responsibilities as CEO included sourcing and securing private capital and institutional financing for the development of corporate and client projects. Ogle also founded Pacific Worldwide Funding Corp which he grew into a leading mortgage company in New York (1984 – 1992). His team established strategic financial relationships and developed a variety of financial products that supported the success of clients seeking project financing, and investors seeking competitive returns on capital.
Ogle consolidated his endeavors founding Intellectual Dynamics Corporation, known by its tradename IDC Companies, in 2006 – IDC is a boutique Project Development, Management Consulting, Investment, and Financing firm, serving both domestic and global clients. IDC’s industry focus is Energy, Real Estate, and Structured Financing.
Ogle earned a Graduate Diploma (1985) from New York University – Real Estate Investment Analysis. Ogle resides in Stone Mountain, Georgia, he is a published author, enterprise mentor, and active investor.
